Concept
Waves is produced using an MR core MDF, and an MR adhesive between core and face veneer.Veneers are finished with five layers of UV lacquer, thus making Waves the ideal product to use in most wet environment applications; kitchens, bathrooms etc.
To sum it up, Waves is a high quality, moisture resistant, high durability, veneered and pre finished
board.
Decors
The Waves range is focused on 2 veneer species : the American Walnut in its natural colour and the European Oak Natural or stained in trendy colours.
The pattern and structure of the veneer are created from false quarter and halve crowns jointed in mixmatched. The overall result is a balanced pattern giving a sens of peace to your project.
Finishing
The prefinished boards are lacquered on an industrial lacquering line with lacquers that are free of solvants. Finishing products are UV products, totally free of solvents and, of course, free of formaldehyde too. The gloss adopted is of 5% (+/- 2%) sheen which puts Waves within the current trends which consists in approaching as much as possible the aspect of natural wood.
All boards are provided with a PC foil on both sides to protect the surface until the board is supplied
on site.
Real wood matching edgings are foreseen for every reference. Those are guaranteeing a high quality finish and add a more refined touch to the overall project. Edgings are avalaible with a witdh of 24 mm of 44 mm.
